Group Learning Mobility of Adult Learners – Latvia

The Group Learning Mobility of Adult Learners will be implemented in Latvia within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project.
The activity will involve exclusively adult learners formally registered in the non-formal education programmes of InnovEdu Nexus Institut e.V. Participation will be limited to learners who are actively enrolled in the organisation’s educational activities at the time of selection. No external recruitment is foreseen.
The mobility will focus on structured joint learning activities related to sustainability, digital competences, and intercultural exchange in adult education contexts.

The planned working programme is expected to include:
  • structured group learning sessions;

  • collaborative activities addressing sustainability-related topics;

  • workshops on digital tools supporting environmental awareness;

  • guided reflection and peer exchange activities.

The mobility will serve to strengthen participants’ digital competences, environmental awareness, and intercultural learning experiences within the framework of adult education.

Selection Procedure

An internal call for expression of interest will be addressed exclusively to adult learners formally enrolled in the organisation’s non-formal education programmes.
Participants will be selected through an internal selection procedure in accordance with the approved project objectives and Erasmus+ eligibility requirements.

Eligibility criteria will include:
  • formal registration in the organisation’s educational programmes;

  • active participation in ongoing learning activities;

  • demonstrated motivation to participate;

  • relevance of the mobility to the learner’s individual learning pathway.

The selection process will be based on predefined criteria, documented internally and applied consistently.

The activity will be implemented in line with the approved Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project framework.

In Latvia, learning is not individual — it’s collective action for a sustainable tomorrow.
