Green Skills in Action – Short-Term Learning Mobility in Poland
From Digital Gaps to Green Impact
Poland became the next learning destination of the Erasmus+ project From Digital Gaps to Green Impact: Transforming Adult Education for a Sustainable Future, bringing together educators eager to translate sustainability into everyday teaching practice. Hosted by the experienced partner in Poland, this short-term training focuses on practical green competences, community-based environmental initiatives, and digital tools that support sustainable learning.
The programme blends classroom-based sessions with field visits to local eco-centres, NGOs, and adult education providers that work on topics such as waste reduction, renewable energy awareness, and green entrepreneurship. Participants will engage in workshops that demonstrate how AI applications, open data platforms, and digital storytelling can be used to raise environmental awareness and motivate learners to act for the planet.
Through hands-on learning and peer exchange, the Polish mobility highlights the power of adult education to drive the green transition — not through theory, but through community action, creativity, and collaboration. Educators will return home equipped with real-world methods to integrate sustainable values and digital literacy into their daily teaching.
Implementation note
The short-term training mobility in Poland will be carried out with 8 participants, offering a unique opportunity to experience and learn directly from Poland’s innovative adult education ecosystem.
